Chad Smith drops a cool $2.75m on swanky new Venice digs

Sometimes it just pays to be a huge rockstar.

RHCP’s Chad smith recently dropped nearly 3 million dollars on a new 2,800 sq ft place in Venice, CA. This house will go nicely alongside his other home in Malibu.
