Phil Rudd back in court over bail-breaking fight with witness
This story gets weirder and weirder for AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd, who was back in court last week for breaching the terms of his bail as he awaits trial stemming from the murder-for-hire charges last month.
It appears Rudd got into a fight with one of the witnesses in the case.
Lee Rojas, owner of Columbus Coffee in Tauranga, NZ saw the altercation.
“I saw [Rudd] following a taller, bigger guy and trying to punch the guy.” Rojas said the other man was trying to avoid conflict, telling him “look, I don’t want to break your face”.
C’mon Phil. You’re better than this!
