Forbes magazine just released an article about the Corum Paiste Bubble. Do you think our co-host Troy owns it yet?
“The way that Paiste manufactures its cymbals is pure tradition,” Antoine Hastoy, a product and marketing manager at Corum explained to me recently as we were headed to visit the factory of the famous cymbal-maker near Lucerne. “And it is an excellent example of craftsmanship as it relates to ‘Swissness’,” he added….But perhaps even more interesting than that was how Corum had managed to use many of the same elements of the instrument’s manufacture to make what looks just like a miniature cymbal for its artistic wristwatch, the Bubble.
