Gadditude, released on Sept. 3, might take some longtime fans by surprise. With his groups the Gadd Gang and Stuff, the emphasis was frequently on the funk pocket.

With the  release of Save Rock and Roll, Fall Out Boy seems poised to emerge from their 2000’s emo rock cocoon. Drummer, Andy Hurley, recently spoke with Clevescene.com about FOB’s return and what the band has learned along the way.

Cheap Trick Sues Former Drummer, Bun E. Carlos

Although Bun E. Carlos hasn’t officially been with Cheap Trick since 2010, the rest of the band is seeking legal action to officially remove him from the band’s corporate identity, Trick Unlimited.

Carlson’s former bandmates, Robin Zander, Tom Peterson and Rick Nielsen, contend that they “were (and are) free to decide that the defendant is no longer a member of the band.”
