It’s not unusual for jazz artists to record albums in a matter of days, but rock records usually take months to get just right. Not true for legendary rockers, AC/DC who cranked out their new album in just 10 days of studio time. In a recent interview, drummer, Phi Rudd, remarked,
I’ve never played better. I hope it’s as good as what I remember back in the studio.
Before Phil Rudd came back to the fold, AC/DC had a run in the 80’s with drummer, Chris Slade. Why did Slade leave the band when it was at its most popular? As it turns out, the band wanted to try and bring back Rudd on a temporary basis, but Slade would have no part of that!
