Fans of California Breed looking to hear the original line-up for their upcoming tour will not be seeing drummer, Jason Bonham. Bonham has decided to leave the band due to scheduling conflicts with his current work for Sammy Hagar and Phil Collins.

Jason Bonham – son of original Zeppelin drummer, John Bonham – has said he, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones are working on new material.

And last year, Jason had a unique opportunity to step in for Bonzo when Zeppelin performed their rapturous reunion at London’s O2 Arena.
“It was like the penalty shoot-out at the World Cup, but you’re taking everyone one,”Bonham tells the Musician’s Union Musician magazine. “I had to shoot 16 times and get the goal every time.”
