This summer I was asked to be the Musical Director and guitarist for the 2011 NAMM Award Show in Nashville. I was honored and without really giving it too much thought said Ê»yes, Iʼd love to!ʼ. I later found out that I would also be the MD for the Ê»All Star Guitar Nightʼ hosted by Muriel Anderson and the Guitar Player Magazine Ê»Guitar Superstarʼ Finals! This seems like one of those ideas that would work on paper, but having to keep up with the rotation and position of 8-10 drum keys at a time (for initial set up, that is) seems like it would render this gadget impractical.
